This Privacy Policy explains how Cusmanich d.o.o. (“Cusmanich”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data in connection with this website, cusmanich.hr (the “Showroom”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and to complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Croatian data-protection law.
1. Who we are
The data controller is Cusmanich d.o.o. (doing business as Boat4You), a company registered in Croatia — MB 4026365, OIB 87394862517. Registered office: Vrboran 37, 21000 Split, Croatia. Phone: +385 98 360 398. For any privacy matter you may contact us by post at the address above, by phone, or through any of our brands.
2. What this website is
The Showroom is an informational website that presents our six charter brands and links you to them. It has no contact forms, no user accounts and no online booking — those take place on our brand websites. As a result, we collect very little personal data here.
3. Data we process on this website
Server log data
Our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, the page you came from, and the date and time of access) when you visit. This is used to operate the website securely and to diagnose problems. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only for a limited period.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics tracking. When you continue to one of our brand websites, those sites may use cookies and analytics under their own policies.
4. Third-party services
- Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google (Google Ireland Limited). When the page loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google in order to serve the fonts. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
- Links to our brands — clicking through to Boat4You, Europe Yachts or any Catamaran Charter brand takes you to a separate website with its own privacy policy.
- Payments — bookings made through our brands are paid to Cusmanich d.o.o. by bank transfer or by card via Stripe and Revolut. These providers process your payment data under their own privacy policies; we do not store full card details.
5. International transfers
Some providers (for example Google, Stripe and Revolut) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability, to the extent these apply. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details in section 1.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian supervisory authority — the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka, azop.hr.
7. Data security & retention
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, and we retain it only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is dated at the top of this page.
